Fixing the wagon

Ellyn Ritterskamp

It is not going all that well. There have been mini-victories, but the overall pattern is backward-sliding.

It is the not-sleeping enough issue, and the cat waking me up over and over. I will fix his wagon somehow, and get this thing back on track.

Do cats have wagons?

Onward.

I love animals. Sometimes more than humans BUT find a way to keep the cat out of your room. Hire a pet trainer, put kitty in the basement (assuming it is finished) or on another floor with a nice, new cozy bed, give the cat to a friend for a month but DON'T use the cat as an excuse for your not sleeping and not being on track. The cat won't matter much if you get Diabetes or get some other, even more serious condition from being overweight. You CAN choose to be healthy. Your cat wants you healthy. Tough love.
